This hotel worked perfectly fine for our 1 night in Zurich after arriving on a long flight and departing the next morning on our Swiss adventures. It is about a 10 minute walk from the train station on the other side of the river, but very close to the main tourist area with all the restaurants, churches, etc. This was one of the few hotels on our trip where the sink was in the bathroom behind a closed door – a fact I always appreciate since I get up much earlier than my husband to shower and get ready. The bathroom was a good size and I loved the backlit mirror and separate magnified makeup mirror. I would recommend this hotel as a base for exploring Zurich. It is fun and thematic (the bedside tables looked like stacked chocolate bars and so did the room number on the door), and everything was modern and clean.

location was great, just 5 minutes from Zürich HB and next to Tram Central and polybahn station. it’s a quiet street though as we arrived the day of the Parade and there was zero noise; hotel crew were really nice with us and always kind with our toddler. they provided us with a cot for free (this service is not free in many hotels nearby) and made an upgrade for us so we could be more comfortable with the baby. they gave us chocolates everyday as a gift when we were leaving in the morning. breakfast is not big in terms os variability but nice quality and all the essentials to enjoy it plenty. it’s the second time we stay at this hotel and we’ll come back 100%

The housekeeping staff are friendly and engaging. The hotel is within walking distance to shops, cafes and eateries of the old town. We would recommend this property to family and friends.

The central train station was a 5 minute walk from the hotel which we used to train to Vienna and back. The rooms are small compared to American hotels but standard for Europe and with 2 people it was not cramped by any means.
